Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require deposits for appointments?

We only require a deposit for fantasy colors and color corrections.

We do however require a card on file for all clients. ​

 

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You are then able to reschedule at that time.

 

Do I need to wear anything special for my appointment?

No high collared shirts, turtlenecks or hoodies, as they will be in our way and most likely get wet. No hoop or long earrings, posts are acceptable.

 

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

We prefer that you come alone to your appointment. We are a boutique style salon and do not have room for extra guests.

 

Do you do kids haircuts? 

Yes, we do kids haircuts. We require at least one parent/adult to stay for the duration of your child’s haircut.

 

How should I come with my hair styled for a dry curly cut, and will it be washed?

We prefer for your hair to be out and loose, no tight ponytails or sticky products. Yes, a wash is included with dry cuts.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards can be purchased from our booking site at the top of the page labeled "About".

 

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by going to our booking site.  From there you can choose a stylist on the drop-down menu, and click on a service. You will then choose a date and time, fill out your contact information, and book the appointment.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We except cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung pay, and gift cards.
