Chelsea Rae Salon kindly asks that you must give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

A fee of 100% of your service will apply if that notice is not given. For example, if your appointment is at 1pm on a Tuesday, you must cancel by 1 pm on Monday. This fee must be paid before your next appointment is scheduled. Discounted rates and coupons will not be honored.

By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot.

 

We understand that delays can happen however,  if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that arriving late will require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied.

 

In the event you miss two consecutive appointments without notification you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
